The Adhesive Ceramic Lining Pipe is crafted as a unified component and then integrated into a steel pipe using our high-strength, temperature-resistant epoxy adhesive. This pipe comprises three layers: a sleek ceramic lining made of compact corundum, a ceramic and metal transition layer bonded with adhesive, and the outer steel pipe. Our production capabilities allow for the customization of abrasion-resistant ceramic lining pipes based on customer specifications and applications.
The Adhesive Ceramic Lining Pipe exhibits outstanding resistance to high temperatures. The alumina tube, designed for high-temperature environments up to 1800℃, has a coefficient of thermal expansion up to 9*10^6 from 20°C to 1000°C, with a melting point reaching up to 2050°C.
Regarding corrosion resistance, the Adhesive Ceramic Lining Pipe demonstrates excellent chemical stability at elevated temperatures. It resists oxidation effectively and shows robust corrosion resistance against acids, alkalis, and salt.
