A ceramic liner observation made during one mill inspection may not be directly comparable with a later view under different access conditions. Material remaining in the mill, cleaning, visible coverage and measurement references can change what is observed. Before using those records in a Sanxin technical discussion, state the actual inspection conditions. The record should describe evidence obtained under the approved site procedure, not imply an operating or maintenance instruction.

Record the mill identity, inspection event and the site arrangements under which observations were made. Distinguish the actual accessible condition from normal operating conditions. Do not infer that a photograph taken during maintenance describes the material contact occurring in production. The equipment owner remains responsible for access and the applicable procedure. The technical record should simply establish what state and region the observation represents.
State relevant cleaning or material-removal activities completed before examination, within the available record. Those activities can affect what surfaces are visible and which residues remain. Avoid interpreting a cleaner appearance as a wear improvement without evidence. Equally, a partly obscured surface does not establish its underlying condition. The comparison needs to retain what was visible, what was covered and what information was unavailable at each event.
Use identifiable locations and the accepted measurement references where required. Record the method and coverage relevant to a numerical comparison. A value taken at one position should not silently replace a missing value at another. If reference geometry or access differs, obtain the responsible review of comparability. The goal is a reliable condition discussion, not a precise-looking trend assembled from observations that answer different questions.
In a hypothetical shutdown, one inspection may reveal a region that was obscured at the previous event. A newly recorded feature is not necessarily a feature that developed since the earlier view. Retain the coverage difference and investigate the actual evidence. The same caution applies to conclusions about changed feed, media or lining material. Timing and appearance can guide questions without proving a cause on their own.
Provide Sanxin with located observations and the conditions under which they were obtained. Label estimates, inaccessible regions and uncertain historical relationships. If the next accepted inspection can resolve a specific gap, record that question through the responsible maintenance plan. The resulting summary remains useful even when no wear rate can be calculated. It supports review of the actual ceramic lining without claiming that inconsistent inspection views establish a service-life trend or an operating performance result.
Retain image references and relevant measurement records behind the summary. A photograph's viewpoint, scale and lighting can affect the apparent size or visibility of a feature. Keep uncalibrated images labeled as visual observations rather than deriving precise loss measurements from them. Where the original image or location reference is unavailable, describe that limitation in the comparison. The next reviewer should be able to distinguish a supported physical measurement from an impression recorded under different viewing conditions at an earlier inspection.
Not necessarily. Check whether the same location was visible and examined under comparable conditions earlier. Preserve cleaning, access and measurement differences, then assess the actual evidence without equating a newly documented observation with a newly developed condition.
