A boiler-area duct lining request may place ceramic wear protection near a joint whose movement and connection functions belong to the equipment design. The lining boundary must be reviewed with that interface. For a Sanxin inquiry, identify the actual duct section and the owner's accepted joint requirements. Do not assume that ceramic wear tiles replace insulation, refractory protection or a movement-joint design simply because the location is near a hot process.

Provide the combined duct and joint drawing with the proposed ceramic extent. State which parts move or remain fixed under the accepted arrangement and who controls those requirements. A product photograph of a lined wall cannot establish the adjoining interface. Keep any unknown function or geometry open for the responsible equipment review.
Describe the local particle contact and observed damage separately from thermal requirements. Mark flow direction, deposits and exposed boundaries with orientation. A ceramic face may address a wear question while leaving the joint's mechanical or containment role unchanged. The supplier concept should state that scope rather than silently assign extra functions to the liner.
Show ceramic pieces, support, retention and the boundary to adjoining construction in section. The responsible designer should establish how the lining coexists with the approved joint and operating sequence. Do not prescribe a universal clearance, gap or attachment detail from a general article. Those values and requirements belong to the actual equipment.
Review temperature information with its measurement location and limitations. Include startup, shutdown and maintenance exposure. Ceramic heat resistance does not establish the limits of every seal, backing or attachment. High hardness also does not qualify impact at an exposed termination. Complete-assembly evidence should address the proposed construction without borrowing an unrelated hot-service result.
Imagine a hypothetical plant proposing to extend ceramic coverage closer to an existing duct joint. Before ordering, it asks the joint and duct owners to review the finished boundary and required access. It retains the approved termination rather than maximizing coverage without regard to movement. This is interface-planning logic, not a Sanxin boiler application or a confirmed joint performance claim.
The installation plan identifies checks before important support and attachment features become concealed. Record accepted revisions and the completed boundary condition. System integrity and release still follow the owner's procedure. A visually continuous ceramic surface should not be treated as evidence that an unreviewed movement interface is acceptable.
Send the combined section, accepted interface requirements, local operating description and wear map. Identify fixed geometry, permitted changes and access for renewal. Ask for an explicit feasibility response and construction details within the wear scope. Clarify any specialist joint or thermal assessment instead of presuming it within general tile supply.
During service review, separate lining wear, edge damage, retention and joint observations. Record the thermal and operating events actually encountered and state inspection limits. Use the evidence for the defined component rather than claiming qualification of the boiler system. A useful ceramic boundary protects its intended surface while preserving the accepted functions and responsibilities of the interface beside it.
No automatic acceptance follows. Identify the actual joint function, movement requirements, support and thermal conditions through the responsible owner. Review a defined termination and supplied construction rather than treating continuous wear coverage as approval of the joint.
