A lined maintenance cover is a removable part that must return to its accepted position against a fixed frame. The ceramic on the cover and the protection around the opening therefore need a paired record. For a Sanxin coal drop pipe inquiry, identify both sides of that interface. Quoting the cover's ceramic area alone does not establish that the complete maintenance feature will remain fit, traceable and inspectable.

Show the cover, frame and surrounding lining on the controlled equipment drawing. Identify the installed orientation and material flow direction. Record which protection belongs to the removable part and which remains fixed when it is opened. This distinction matters when parts are sent away for repair or several similar covers are stored together.
Keep the cover linked to its accepted mating location. An apparently matching outline is insufficient if the backing, termination or attachment differs. Any substitution should be reviewed against the actual frame and equipment requirements, rather than accepted because a replacement can be placed over the opening.
The assembled condition defines the internal transition and accepted cover function. Show ceramic ends, retained surfaces and any seal or other component that must remain controlled. The equipment owner should define the relevant fit and release checks; a general ceramic article cannot prescribe a universal cover detail.
The removed condition offers a different inspection opportunity. Record accessible backing, support and termination condition before cleaning or repair changes the evidence. A sound visible ceramic face does not establish every concealed mounting feature. Keep the two examination states separate so later reports explain exactly what was checked.
Imagine a hypothetical plant removing several lined covers during shutdown. One is repaired without its frame reference, and its finished ceramic edge differs from the accepted mating detail. Before reinstalling it, the team should reconcile identity and fit rather than treat the workshop repair as complete acceptance of the installed feature.
This is a maintenance-coordination example, not a Sanxin repair case or an instruction for modifying a cover. The accepted correction should retain drawing identity and the required examination. If the frame or retained lining also needs work, state that separate scope instead of assuming a new cover will resolve it.
Include the actual coal loading, temperature and approved maintenance exposure in the construction review. Direct strikes at an edge need relevant evidence, and joining or sealing materials need their own service assessment. Structural and system requirements remain with the responsible plant process.
Provide Sanxin with the cover and frame sections, accepted interface, operating description and damage photographs. State whether the inquiry concerns loose ceramic, repair feasibility or a replacement assembly. Ask the response to identify its supply boundary and any measurements needed from the mating equipment.
At receipt and fitting, record the actual pair and approved deviations. Preserve an installed baseline showing the transition and relevant condition checks. Follow the plant's isolation and clearing requirements separately from material selection. Later inspections should distinguish cover-face wear, frame-boundary damage and attachment changes. This gives the next repair a specific interface to assess without assuming that every ceramic-lined cover is interchangeable or that protection alone establishes acceptable access equipment.
Workshop checks cover their agreed scope. The installed feature still needs its accepted cover-to-frame identity, fit, transition and equipment checks. Preserve both parts in the maintenance record and review substitutions before use.
