Ceramic protection may be considered for an abrasive coal-transfer surface, but the plant's safe operation depends on a wider equipment and maintenance process. A Sanxin inquiry should define the lining role and the handover checks needed after work. Receiving ceramic parts is not the same event as releasing the transfer system for operation. Keeping those decisions separate improves the clarity of the work package.

Mark the component and wear region on the coal-transfer layout. Describe the material path, feed variation and existing damage. Distinguish a gradual sliding-wear problem from direct lump impact, loose attachment or a damaged support. Ceramic hardness does not establish impact tolerance or resolve every failure mode at the transfer.
State the limited objective of the proposal. It may concern a protected wall or replaceable panel, rather than controls, guarding or other system functions. Do not represent the presence of ceramic as proof that the complete conveying installation is safe or compliant.
Provide the accepted drawing and identify the ceramic, backing, retention and boundary details. Establish construction-specific checks before interfaces are concealed. Record the condition of the support and any required repair under the responsible equipment process.
Confirm that the installed arrangement preserves approved openings, clearances and access. If the lining changes geometry or component mass, obtain the applicable owner review. A material certificate cannot establish that those installation and equipment requirements have been satisfied.
The work package should identify which inspection records belong to the lining and which checks govern the wider system. Follow the plant's isolation, housekeeping, access and return-to-service process. A general article cannot replace its equipment-specific requirements.
Record discrepancies and their accepted resolution before closure. Keep item identity, drawing revision and the initial installed condition available to maintenance staff. If an area was inaccessible, state that limit instead of presenting a partial visual check as verification of every hidden interface.
Imagine a hypothetical power plant chute receiving a local ceramic repair during shutdown. The lining passes its agreed fit and visible-condition checks, but an unrelated system item remains open in the maintenance package. The ceramic acceptance record does not authorize bypassing that unresolved item or releasing the complete transfer system.
This scenario illustrates responsibility boundaries, not an operating case or a safety result. The relevant plant party should close the system requirements through its normal process. Later wear inspections can then refer to an accepted baseline without confusing lining condition with the status of other protections.
Send the component drawing, wear map, operating description and installation scope. Identify required lining records and the party responsible for accepting them. Ask the proposal to state ceramic coverage, attachment and environmental assumptions clearly. Keep the scope of every acceptance record explicit so a completed material check cannot silently close an unrelated system release item.
During the first evaluation, record face wear, edges and retention at named positions and retain operating changes. A useful trial supports a decision about the defined protection arrangement. It should not be expanded into a claim of plant safety, uninterrupted production or universal risk reduction that the lining evidence was never designed to establish.
It covers the agreed lining scope. The plant must also complete its equipment-specific return-to-service requirements. Keep lining acceptance records and wider system release responsibilities connected but distinct.
