A coal-handling liner may be marketed by its ceramic face while also containing rubber, adhesive, steel and other joining materials. The site's review needs to know the complete construction. An assembly material list makes those components visible before purchase and installation. It supports the equipment and safety assessment without implying that wear-resistant ceramic by itself qualifies the system for every coal-handling condition.

Link the ceramic, backing, intermediate layers and fixing items to the proposed drawing. Identify materials supplied separately for installation. A broad label such as composite ceramic does not establish which rubber or adhesive is actually offered. The records should refer to the accepted construction rather than a generic product family that can contain different internal arrangements.
For a hypothetical coal-chute order, the plant may receive panels from one party and installation consumables from another. List both in the review. If a consumable is excluded from the quotation, assign responsibility for selecting and accepting it. An unspecified item should not enter the assembly simply because the ceramic panel itself has been purchased.
Provide operating environment, cleaning exposure and the site's applicable material requirements to the responsible equipment and safety reviewers. Ask for supporting information for the actual products where it is needed. Do not infer fire, dust or electrostatic suitability from a ceramic hardness statement. The complete system assessment remains part of the site's competent process.
Temperature and chemical limits must also cover the proposed assembly. Rubber, adhesives and seals cannot inherit ceramic material capability. Record what evidence applies and which questions remain open. If a supplier proposes a change, compare the new identified material against the accepted basis rather than treating a similar commercial name as confirmation of equivalence.
At receipt, preserve panel identity and the records associated with supplied materials. Before installation, verify the selected consumables and fixing arrangement against the accepted scope. Follow the applicable storage, preparation and release requirements. A sound ceramic face does not establish that an improperly stored joining product is suitable for use.
Record approved substitutions and their responsible acceptance. Keep the installer informed of the drawing and relevant instructions. Do not allow a field change to disappear into the general description ceramic lining. The later maintenance team needs to know which assembly was actually installed when investigating degradation, movement or an unexpected operating response.
Keep component location, material identities and installation records together. When renewing a local region, compare the replacement with that accepted assembly. If its materials differ, review compatibility with retained protection and the actual site requirements. An old acceptance cannot be transferred to an unidentified replacement merely because its ceramic pattern looks the same.
Provide Sanxin with the proposed material-list format, coal duty and site constraints with the inquiry. Ask for an explicit offered scope and the relevant product information. This supports a clear review of wear protection while leaving the equipment owner's structural and safety acceptance intact. The purpose is traceable construction, not a blanket claim that ceramic tiles make a coal system safe or maintenance-free.
Not if other materials and interfaces form part of the installation. Identify backing, rubber, joining products and fixings, then review the actual construction within the site's requirements. Ceramic properties alone do not establish the wider system's safety or operating suitability.
