Inert Support Ball Deliveries: Keep Lot Identity with the Accepted Bed Location

An inert ceramic support-ball order needs traceability into the actual equipment arrangement. If several sizes or materials arrive, the receiving identity should not disappear when packaging is opened. For a Sanxin inquiry, distinguish the supplied product from the owner-approved bed design. A ceramic sphere's appearance does not establish which specified material or location it is intended to serve.

Start from the accepted product schedule

Use the process and equipment requirements to identify each supplied group. State the material description, size information and evidence required by the order. Support media have defined duties in vessel arrangements, but this article does not prescribe layer sizes, depth or loading methods.

The responsible designer should control those application requirements. A general ball catalogue cannot establish the accepted bed configuration. Ask for an explicit offered scope from Sanxin rather than assume specialized support-media capability from a grinding-media listing or a similar product photograph.

Keep delivery records attached to the material

Match received packages with the order and available lot identification. Preserve the scope of material reports and any agreed examination. A general grade sheet is not proof that every supplied ball was individually tested, and similar color does not establish composition or application equivalence.

Record damaged packaging, uncertain identity and accepted disposition before stock is combined. An unresolved group should not silently enter accepted material because its outside size looks familiar. The receiving process should make it possible to recover the material-to-order relationship later.

Link allocation with the owner-controlled location

When materials are issued for the approved work, retain the identity and intended destination required by the plant's procedure. The record should state what actually entered the accepted arrangement. Do not infer the installed material retrospectively from the packaging left nearest the equipment.

For a hypothetical order, suppose two identified support-media groups are received but their records become mixed before allocation. The buyer should reconcile the material and intended location before treating the work as traceable. This is an information-control example, not a Sanxin loading incident or a recommended bed design.

Any substitute needs the appropriate process review. A matching sphere dimension does not establish chemical compatibility, impurity suitability or the mechanical evidence required for the actual duty. Keep proposed alternatives explicit in the acceptance record.

Preserve the final material history

Provide Sanxin with the owner-controlled product requirement, exposure description and documentation scope. Ask which identified material can be offered and what evidence accompanies it. The process owner retains the bed, vessel and complete-system acceptance decisions. Keep any accepted alternative linked to the actual delivery and allocation, so a later report cannot accidentally assign the original product evidence to a different material.

At handover, connect delivery identity, accepted disposition and actual allocation records. If material is returned or retained as spare stock, preserve its status instead of treating it as a new unopened lot. Future procurement and maintenance can then distinguish original supply, unused material and accepted changes.

A reliable identity chain does not establish universal inertness or qualify a vessel by itself. It makes the actual ceramic product attributable to the records used for its acceptance, which is necessary before the process team can meaningfully assess compatibility or compare later operating findings.

Does matching support-ball appearance establish the intended bed material?

No. Preserve the accepted product, lot and allocation references, with uncertainty and substitutions explicitly reviewed. The owner controls the application design and acceptance; material identity is essential evidence but not complete vessel qualification.
