An examination can answer a material or interface question while changing the panel being examined. A ceramic rubber composite sample taken from supplied stock should therefore have an agreed identity and disposition. For a Sanxin inquiry, define the test subject before the laboratory receives it. The result and the remaining stock must stay connected without assuming that a sampled panel remains an accepted installation item.

Identify the panel, lot, drawing revision and intended installation position, if already allocated. State whether the examination uses a separate representative sample or material from an actual delivery item. Those choices have different consequences for the stock record. A specimen supplied independently may provide useful evidence without establishing every panel condition. A delivery panel selected for examination may cease to represent the original complete supplied geometry. Agree which question the examination should answer and which party accepts the sample relationship; do not let a convenient loose piece become an unexplained representative of the entire order.
The responsible technical parties should define the permitted examination scope and the status of anything left afterward. This article provides no cutting, separating or destructive-test procedure. A laboratory request should not be treated as authorization to modify an installable panel without the appropriate decision. In a hypothetical delivery, a panel allocated to a chute wall could be sent for interface examination while the installation team still counts it as available. Resolve that conflict in the allocation record before dispatch, preserving the difference between a test item and stock released for fitting.
Ask the examination record to identify the actual subject, relevant locations and the method's scope. Photographs and remaining pieces should retain their relation to the original panel where feasible. An internal interface observation does not independently establish installed panel seams, site attachment or impact capability. If examination preparation affects the observed condition, retain the laboratory's stated limitations. The purpose is a traceable result, not a larger conclusion created by omitting how the specimen was obtained. Preserve any unexamined regions explicitly rather than extending a local finding across the complete composite assembly.
On return, reconcile the received pieces with the dispatch and examination records. Mark their accepted status through the site's stock process. A remnant should not acquire full-panel availability merely because its ceramic face appears intact. Any proposal to use it needs an identified construction, geometry and equipment review. Replacement purchasing should also remain separate from a technical conclusion about the sampled lot. A consumed or altered examination item is not automatically a defective production panel, and an unresolved investigation should not disappear because a commercial replacement has arrived.
Provide Sanxin with the agreed specimen identity, examination objective, relevant construction and installed duty. Ask what evidence the offered sample can support and how it relates to the proposed delivery. At completion, record the test finding, its scope, the remaining item's disposition and any replacement allocation. Purchasing can then see both the technical evidence and the actual available quantity. Keeping those decisions distinct allows useful destructive examination without silently reducing installation stock, overstating lot acceptance or treating a modified remnant as a fully qualified composite liner.
Its status must be reviewed against what actually changed and the accepted construction. Identify the examined item, remaining pieces and disposition explicitly. A useful laboratory result does not by itself release a modified panel or establish the condition of every item in the lot.
