A composite liner quotation can include several test reports that describe different things. One may concern ceramic material, another rubber and another an interface or complete panel. The buyer should identify each evidence boundary before drawing a conclusion. Combining favorable individual results does not automatically qualify an installed ceramic rubber steel assembly, especially when its support and loading differ from the tested arrangement.

Request the material or component identity, construction and test method associated with each result. Confirm whether the specimen represents the offered product. A ceramic coupon, an unmounted panel and a supported assembly have different relevance. Reports should explain what was tested without requiring the purchaser to infer the specimen from a broad product name.
For a hypothetical comparison, one proposal may include a ceramic abrasion test while another provides an examination of a jointed panel. Neither automatically answers the other's question. Put the reports beside the requirements they address, not into one ranking table that treats every number as a measure of complete-panel quality.
Ceramic abrasion and hardness information can inform the wear-face review. Rubber compatibility, interface integrity and backing condition require evidence appropriate to those subjects. A report for one layer does not establish another layer's performance. Ask how the selected materials and assembly are identified so that the evidence remains connected to what will actually be delivered.
Do not infer impact tolerance from ceramic hardness or from rubber's mere presence. The loading, ceramic layout, support and mounting arrangement matter to the complete construction. Similarly, the ceramic's heat resistance cannot establish the allowable temperature of rubber or joining materials. Keep those qualification questions separate until assembly evidence addresses them.
Review the mounting, boundary conditions and geometry used in any component or panel evaluation. Ask whether the intended installation has comparable support. An easily supported sample may not represent a corner, opening or panel edge directly beneath the incoming stream. Where those differences matter, identify additional review or qualification instead of silently transferring the result.
Include process conditions such as material contact, temperature and chemistry. A test can be informative without matching every plant variable, but its limitations must be stated. Avoid turning a brief favorable result into a completed service-life claim. The purpose is to understand which requirement has evidence and which remains an application-specific uncertainty.
List requirements down one side of the review and the relevant reports or inspections alongside them. Mark unsupported requirements and proposed qualification work. Include delivery condition, installed fit and retention records, because laboratory evidence does not replace installation acceptance. This map can remain concise while making important gaps easier to discuss than an unorganized certificate bundle.
Send Sanxin the application requirements and available evidence map when requesting a composite-panel review. Ask for clarification of the exact construction covered by any additional information. Where a trial is needed, define observations of the face, interfaces, backing and attachment. Use its findings within the recorded duty rather than presenting the collection of individual material tests as universal proof of the installed assembly.
They can support separate material questions, but the interfaces, mounting and actual construction still require review. Confirm the evidence boundary of each report and identify assembly requirements that remain unresolved. Include installation and application qualification where needed.
